What is the WAV5 Membership?
The WAV5 Membership is a private membership that allows you to experience TV like never before, all while cutting your cable costs in half.
How do I download the app?
1.) Optin for a 3 day trial
2.) Check your email.(We will send you an email with a link to where you can safely download the app.)
3.) Click download (if it asks for permission simply click allow)
If you have purchased a membership from us, you can log into your members back office and download the app from there. Check your email for this information.
Is my device compatible?
If you have an android 5.0 or higher, then the app should be compatible with your device. If you are unsure about whether your device is compatible with the app, try a 3 day trial before purchasing a membership. Apple devices are not compatible.
Can I cast this from my phone to the TV?
Yes you can. Chromecast, airscreen, and/or Castto are recommended casting apps located in the Google play store for download.
Can I record my favorite shows?
There is no need to record your shows. Every show you love is accessible to go back and watch any episode at anytime.
How does the free trial work?
Once you’ve opt in for a free trial, we send you a trial code for you to put into the app. You can only use 1 free trial per device. Once you successfully put in the code you will be able to test the services for 3 days. After the 3 day trial expires, you will not be able to log in the app until you renew your membership.
Is the WAV5 box included in the membership?
The WAV5 box is not included in the Bronze and Silver membership plans. The WAV5 box is included to Platinum membership upon first time purchase. Only Platinum members receive a WAV5 box PLUS a year membership on their first time purchase.
How do I renew my membership once I have joined?
Sign into your account >Select the Bronze, Silver,or Platinum membership tab(shows depending on what you have purchased) > click on “Renew Membership.”
How long does the free trial last?
Will my card be charged after the trial is over?
No, a credit card is not required for your free trial.
How do I access my account?
On the front page of accessorywave.com you will see a button in the top right corner that says “sign in”. Click that button to be directed to the membership sign in page.
How do I create an account?
Simply click the “Sign In” button in the top corner of the site or:
1.) Check your email.
2.) Click the link we sent to you in your email.
3.) Click Create your account and fill in your credentials.
If you create an account, please be sure to use the same email you used when purchasing from us to sign up.
Where is my username and password?
Your user name and password will be sent to your email when you renew your membership. Keep in mind you do not set your own username and password for the app.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we have a promoter’s program if you want to receive payment for referrals. Click “Referral Program” at the bottom of the site to sign up.
Can I resell the membership?
Only platinum members are authorized to resell our membership. If you are not a Platinum member, you do not have permission to resell the membership, but you can earn credit/payment for referrals if you sign up for our “Promoters” program.
Why aren't there any tabs in my members area?
Tabs will only be visible once a purchase is made.The only tab you should see ,if you have not purchased anything, is the “Continue Your Live Membership (For Trial Users)” tab.
